Financial Council
Role and Function
As its name implies, the financial council is to be concerned with the acquisition and administration of the temporal goods of the parish. Financial council includes:
1. Educating the parishioners of their financial responsibility in supporting the church.
2. Formulating and executing fundraising programs.
3. Oversee the maintenance and development of the parish property.
4. Oversee the management of parish funds.
5. Care of immigrant and economically disadvantaged persons.
It is the responsibility of the financial council to advise and cooperate with the Pastor in matters related to the property and finances of the parish. As such, the financial council serves as a permanent structure for constructive dialogue among the clergy and laity. All members must maintain the confidentiality of the council meetings and its deliberations, especially with respect to privacy and personal reputations. Documents relating to the affairs of the council are the exclusive property of the parish and cannot be divulged to anyone without the written permission of the pastor.
Membership and elections
The financial council is to be compromised of 6 people. Members will be appointed by the pastor. The selected members are appointed to a three-year term in the following positions: Vice-president, Treasurer, Secretary, and three advisors. Positions will be assigned based on the voting majority.

Pastoral Council
Role and Function
As its name implies, the pastoral council is to be concerned with the pastoral and spiritual needs of the parish.
1. Educating the parishioners of the spiritual and pastoral needs of the church and its ministry.
2. Formulating and executing spiritual and pastoral programs.
3. Oversee the teachings of the parish.
4. Support those who are lacking in faith.
It is the responsibility of the Pastoral Council along with the Pastor to cooperate and dialogue among the parishioners. All members must maintain the confidentiality of the council meetings, especially with respect to privacy and personal reputations.
Membership and elections
The pastoral council is to be compromised of 12 people. Three members to work with the Youth Group, two members for mass event s coordinator, one secretary, one vice-president, and one member to communicate with other parish councils. Positions will be assigned based on the voting majority.
